Things didn’t work out for Pepe at Arsenal

Pepe joined Arsenal in the summer of 2019 for a record fee of £72million, as reported sky sportsand the player said on signing for the London club: “Being here is very emotional because it hasn’t been easy for me. I’ve come a long way and struggled a lot and so signing for this big club is a big reward.

Unfortunately, this award didn’t work out for Pepe and his time at Arsenal was disappointing. The Ivory Coast international has failed to find a starting spot under Mikel Arteta and is limited to a few minutes here and there from the bench.
