Concor share price: Concor shares fall 2.33% in Tuesday’s trading session

Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd. fell 2.33% to Rs 560.0 in Tuesday trading at 1:13 p.m. (IST), even as the benchmark Nifty reigned at 15708.50, down 154.65 points.

The certificate had closed at Rs 573.35 in the previous session. The stock traded a 52-week low of Rs 528.05 and a high of Rs 754.1. The company quoted a market capitalization of Rs 34,077.83 crore on BSE.

On BSE, 20,243 shares have changed hands on the counter so far. At its prevailing price, the share traded at 41.4 times its 12-month EPS of 13.51 rupees per share and 3.57 times its book value. The return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 4.95.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2021, Container Corporation of India Ltd. reported consolidated sales of Rs 1,994.18 crore, up 8.26% from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported a 21.49% year-on-year growth in net profit to Rs 284.61 crore for the latest quarter.
