Content creator and TikTok attorney Erika Kullberg shared an informative video, which explains that Costco customers may see the prices of their purchased items adjusted.

In said video, Kullberg informed a Costco rep that she had recently purchased a TV and noticed it was $400 off after talking to staff. Responding to Kullberg, the staff said there was nothing she could do about it.

Since reading the terms, Kullberg replied that she was aware of Costco’s price adjustment.

The staff then asked Kullberg about the date of purchase, and the attorney replied that she purchased the TV three weeks ago. Kullberg also pointed out that she is eligible for a refund option as she falls under the 30-day price adjustment period.
