A prominent office building near Manchester Piccadilly station has been put up for sale for almost £55million.

Universal Square comprises 255,000 square feet of office space in five interconnected buildings, along with associated facilities including a gym, restaurant, meeting rooms and business center with over 830 parking spaces .

It is being sold by MCR Property and its occupants include Carfinance247, SoftCat and Global Banking School.
